CAD to BEM

Ktirio can automatically generate Building Energy Models (BEM) from 3D Computer-Aided Design (CAD) geometry.

Simulation

Ktirio service offers the possibility to simulate large building models thanks to substantiel computation resources and advanced high performance calculation methods. ktirio integrates data assimilation methods that allow to adjust the physical models in order to better approximate the real behaviour of the building.

Data processing

Ktirio provides several tools to collect data from monitored buildings and processes it in order to make ready for use at any time.

Result and analysis

With ktirio service, the simulation results are displayed in a pleasant and easy way of reading. They are presented in the form of charts and tables that include an analysis of the energy efficiency and the thermal comfort of the building. ktirio service also integrates analysis tools that can be useful in understanding, validating and calibrating the model.

User interface
